Our MIX-IT-UP event includes 5 fun filled days that includes workshops in different dance styles each day, as well as games, team building exercises and more. At Boundless we always cater for all abilities and experiences. Each day focuses on developing your child’s enjoyment of dance, their natural rhythm, motor skills and love of moving and grooving.
We will deliver two genres of dance each day, as well as warm up games, creative opportunities and lots of fun!
Either way if your child is new to the Arts or has plentiful experience then please sign
them up for a fun and enjoyable time with Boundless, where experience isn't necessary,
but a love to learn and get creative is.
You can sign up to 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days or the full 5 days.
There will be 2 groups across the week:
Group 1: 4.5-7/8 year olds
Group 2: 8/9+ years old.

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF MIX-IT-UP?
The children are split into two groups (dependent on age) and they will stay in these groups throughout each day apart from lunch. We will have 3 classes before lunch and 3 after lunch.
We will also have little breaks in between for snacks social time.
If your child has a friend they wish to be in the same group as please let us know.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR TO MIX-IT-UP?
Please make sure your child’s attire is something they can move easily in; if dresses are worn please make sure shorts are worn underneath. Footwear should be appropriate for dancing in; no sling backs and loose footwear please.
WILL THERE BE A PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK PRODUCED?
Please note, this event does not have a performance at the end of the workshops
but instead we will have a sharing of work each day for the participants.
This event will develop your Childs performance ability and aptitude.
WHAT ELSE WILL MY CHILD NEED?
Your child will require a packed lunch and soft drink, preferably in a bottle that can be filled with water throughout the day; no glass bottles to be brought onto the premises.
Please do not bring any nut products onto the premises.
