EVERY WEDNESDAY EVENING (Term Time)

Our fun and dynamic multi-genre Adult Dance Fitness Classes

are delivered in a relaxed setting where fitness and fun

comes to life. It does not matter if you have danced before or not,

just pop your trainers on and come and enjoy the fun.

 

We pride ourselves on offering very personable and friendly classes to all

abilities and ages from 16+.
